Word Craft is located in beautiful northern Vermont, at the foot of Mount Mansfield, Vermont’s highest peak. Jane McGraw is founder of Word Craft Publishing Services. Jane has more than 25 years of experience in publishing as a freelance copy editor and indexer, in-house production editor, and editorial department manager in both book and journal publishing. As head of Word Craft, Jane works as a book packager for academic, scholarly, and scientific presses and conducts training in editorial skills. Steve Haenel has 22 years experience in various aspects of publishing, including freelance proofreading, copyediting, and typesetting. He worked for many years as an in-house book production editor, copy chief, freelance services manager, and publishing systems analyst and developer. Steve has a unique blend of editorial and technology experience and has focused on constructing automated editorial/composition systems.
